Eastern Screech Owl

It was a milder overcast day and quite comfortable to be out walking through the woods. I'm feeling lucky to have seen this beautiful owl. The feather pattern provides an effective camouflage and makes it difficult to detect him. He was about twenty feet up and paid little attention to me. It was an excellent way to end the day.
