Red-bellied Woodpecker (m)

My first time photographing one of these beautiful woodpeckers. It was a very short visit. As quickly as he arrived he left because a large off-leash dog showed up and scared everything away despite the numerous signs asking people to keep their dogs leashed in this area. I did get two shots off and this is the better of the two.
