Stretch well before training
Before beginning to dance, getting warmed up will prevent you from straining a muscle or getting hurt. All you have to do is lean down to touch your knees, roll your shoulders and neck and stretch your wrists to feel nice and loose. Do one to help stretch out your abdominal muscles if you can do a backbend.
- You should put your hair up and wear a top that shows your belly while you get ready to belly dance.
In front of a mirror, practice dancing so that you can track your movements.
