The spare tire mount pivots to tilt the wheel backwards. You'll also notice two fire extinguisher-like pieces and the battery on the right side near the forward bulkhead. I didn't have enough space for it in the engine bay and decided to place it in the back, pretending that it is helping weight distribution.
