Governance Practice: Decentralized Urban Planning

Planning is used as a tool to address urban challenges. The city master plan promotes urban development in local level and improve the land use efficiency by creating new towns in fragmented suburbs. Establishing of new local governments provide better governance in local level and improve local economic development practice.
