Fire & Ice

While walking along the banks of the River Clyde at Old Kilpatrick, Scotland in the early morning, I came across this scene - the river grasses exposed by the low tide had frozen, while the reed beds and trees in the background were coloured deep red by the early morning sun. The small culvert under which the Dalnottar Burn flows added a focal point.
