My recent outing was spent mostly on shortlines going to the Class 1's when there no other option with my friend Stan. We spent a day on the Alexander Railroad. SW1500 #12 is headed for Statesville where they will interchange with the NS. Here the train is rolling through Hiddenite, NC.
