USCGS-Tackle Richmond-Kennebec-River-_13
Part of today was spent photographing the ice breakers coming up the Kennebec River. The Penobscot Bay and the Tackle were up the river first this morning with the Bridle and Shackle behind a couple of hours late. The ice while thick did not present any problems today and as in the years past the larger ship the Penobscot Bay has been released and will be working on the Penobscot River tomorrow, the 3 65 footers will come up and work between Richmond and Gardiner. I guess I'll take a ride tomorrow.
