MEC ZO-2 GP-7U #591 Hazens, NH 10-06-82

Originally built for the L&N as their #433 GP-7U is now operating as the #591 having been rebuilt including a chop nose in the Waterville Shops before going into revenue service on the Maine Central. Today it is working out of Bartlett assigned to ZO-2 to do the switching at the paper mill located in Gilman, The local had rights into East St Johnsbury and seldom went West of Gilman for the next 2 plus miles the follow abount side of the B&M's Berlin mainline crossing it at Whitefield.
