UTAH 9013 SB Wattis, UT 9-30-95

For a few years locomotive maintenance was performed by Morrison Knudsen under a leased maintenance agreement. The only F45 of the leased fleet to be painted was the 9013. Here it is on the point as the head for the load out at Wattis. Like so many other things in life things change and the Utah is no longer a mover of black diamonds anymore.
