Plow Extra 3-8-77 Silver Mills

A plow extra is seen going Westbound at Silvers Mills on the Foxcroft Branch. The primary customer on this line was the IP wood yard where pulp would be loaded onto pulpwood racks. Each train usually had about 20 racks along with any other local business and warranted 2 units. Sadly the line has been abandoned with the right of way own my the State of Maine who is the second largest own of rail lines in the state
