Umarak the Shadow Stealer. An powerful robot created by the great beings as a Baterra prototype, Umarak escaped its creators after achieving sentience. It eventually snuck its way into the GSR, where it stumbled across the island of Artakha and joined the Hand. With power over both light and shadow, Umarak is a frightening foe. It can absorb lots of light or shadow to switch between two forms. In its shadow form, Umarak has pitch-black armor and exudes an aura of darkness, making it hard to spot. It can also teleport itself and others using shadows, even as far as across the universe, a talent the Hand uses to send the condemned to the pit. In its light form, Umarak has shining golden armor, and can move at incredible speeds. In either form, it has the ability to sense the inner light or darkness of a target, allowing it to only target beings of evil. Umarak's true motives are unclear, but as long as it remains on the side of good, the Hand is glad to have him.
