Metaphysical Meeting

Each swim practice starts with a metaphysical meeting. All the swimmers gather in a circle and share inspiration. Since this is the beginning of the season, Coach Erickson shares a few thoughts to encourage the members of the team. The new and old team members enjoy this allotted time to connect with each other and share jokes from earlier in the day.
