Some people are always quick to say "I hate corporate sponsors, I hate their involvement and I hate adverting." I too can get so annoyed with it at times, however, when it is done right, in a collaborative manor and with sincerity, I believe it can serve both parties.
It's easy to forget that companies and sponsors are made up individuals just like you and me. Corporate employees have hearts, families, bills, struggles, likes, dislikes and all kinds of feelings. Again just like you and me.
When Dov from @polaroidfotobar, read about Emily and Emma fire crisis, he sent me a text right away and said "what can we do to help her?" (Emily @ohemg87 has been doing a lot of behind the scenes work on our Polaroid event even during her time struggle.) We talked and I asked him if they would be willing to create a special Emily Fund raiser on Polaroid FOTOBAR products. He said yes right away!
Starting right now, if you click on the UNIQUE link in Josh's profile above 30% of all purchases made through that link will go to a special Emily and Emma fund. That's right, 30% of all sales will be donated to Emily and Emma to help them during this difficult time!
Now is a great time to print those photos you want to display in your house. Heck, Mothers Day is right around the corner and I know your mom or wife would love a great framed print of her children or grandchildren as a gift!
