Hey guys. I can't say enough how much I appreciate all the hard work our editors put in every day. I'm so sorry to hear some of the new editor accounts have been deleted recently.

.

Let's first start by talking about what's going on. Bare in mind I have no inside information, but this is my best guess as I see it.

.

First of all it's important to understand it's not at all personal. No one has looked at your account and said "kill it". Basically, if your account was deleted, you are civilian collateral damage in the war between Instagram and the spammers. Put simply, a spammer wants to create tons of posts and Instagram wants to stop them. Because the whole goal for the spammers is volume. Both sides fight mostly with computers and formulas and not fingers on keyboards. So we know the planning field now.

The question is how to stay out of the line of fire. Answer. Do your best to look like someone with fingers and not a mindless computer. Here are some tips.

laurie_hope123: @joshjohnson I'm having a complete separate issue... Perhaps someone else has experienced this one. It happens every time I pop on over to my @jj_editor_hope123 account and find some great features to post then log on out and back into my own personal account... I cannot get in? I type everything in exactly correct... But no matter what I get invalid user name and /or password message? I have to link to the email address and change the password every time.. Oh boy is this getting confusing! This last time I then changed my password again to my original pass in the hopes that it would stop the problem... I have not tried yet to see if this is the fix because of the new editors accounts and the warnings... Next feature day I'm going to check... But has anyone else had this problem?
