Goldeneye - female (Bucephala clangula)

We were watching a male and female Goldeneye for a while in a lake. Every time one of them resurfaced and I tried to get a shot, it would dive straight back in and all I got was a 'bottoms up' view. Lol. I eventually got lucky!

 

I decided to upload the two images together so that you can compare the difference in the sexes.
