London United RATP ADE40412 (YX12FWT) || ADL Enviro 400 || 18 || Euston-Sudbury

The new contract for route 18 started on Saturday 11th November 2017, passing from Willesden Junction (WJ) garage to the rival down the road at Park Royal (RP), where London United took over from Metroline. In terms of service, there have been some substantial issues, although this is to be expected with such a large route like this.

Eventually, the 18 will be operated with a full allocation of these Wrightbus Gemini 3 B5LH vehicles, although some late deliveries of the new batch have resulted in some additional E400 appearances. As well as the 37 67-plate VHs, there are twelve other Gemini 3s that are working the route - these were previously found on routes 65 and 139 but have been transferred over due to fleet shuffles and the cancellation of route 72's double decking.

A fully refurbished ADE40412 is seen at Baker Street en route to Sudbury.
