Cuban Bullfinch (Melopyrrha nigra) - Zapata Swamp, Cuba

Sadly many of these are taken for the illegal bird trade due to their beautiful song. I saw many in cages in people's front porches. There is little enforcement in Cuba regarding this. It is endemic to Cuba and part of the tanager family.
