Magellanic Oystercatcher (Haematopus leucopodus) - Puerto Natales, Chile

These oystercatchers were so beautiful and I saw Blackish and American Oystercatchers and these ones sounded like no other oystercatcher I have ever seen. They sounded like flutes. You can listen to a recording I made of them in Chile here: xeno-canto.org/863193

 

These oystercatchers are only found in Chile, Argentina and the Falkland Islands.
