The final product
Unfortunately I did a terrible job documenting this project, but here's a reasonable picture of this finished costume. The flamethrower has been masterfully painted with a top-secret technique, the whole thing has been put together with worm-drive clamps. A bit of rubber hosing has been added to the fuel tank, and some plast coat hangers were cut up and glued back together with a film canister on the end for a pilot flame (if I'd had the time, I would have installed some blue LED's and a bit of hot glue or something so there'd actually be a pilot flame, but I'll have to leave the for the next version.
