U Zlaté Koruny

The building U Zlaté Koruny, located on Malé náměstí in Prague, dates back to the 13th century and contains Romanesque and Gothic foundations. It was later expanded and remodeled in the Renaissance and Baroque styles, with its current façade completed around 1725. In the 19th century, a neo-Baroque ground floor and a golden crown were added, giving the house its name. Today, it is a protected cultural monument and houses shops and restaurants on the ground floor.
