McDonnell Douglas EF-18A Hornet C15-24 (15-11) | Bucharest International Air Show 2016

Pulling Gs and making steam! The LERXs (leading edge root extensions) going from the wing to the cockpit are generating huge vortexes that condense moisture out of the air. The flaps are partially extended for more lift. The all-moving stabilators, also called slab stabilizers, are deflected for nose-up pitch. Notice the condensation on the leading edge of the stabilators.
