Canterbury Tale's (UK)

Japanese tourist enjoying a visit to Canterbury, taking in the river Stour in Westgate Garden's.

The Westgate Parks are located to the north-west of Canterbury, with the historic landmark Westgate Towers forming the main entrance to the parks. The park is made up of four distinct areas: Westgate Gardens, Tannery Field, Toddler’s Cove and Bingley Island Local Nature Reserve.

The punts we use are traditionally crafted from hardwood. They safely hold up to 12 passengers. Its important to us that we use the highest specification of boat for presentation and functionality. Our punts are built by our sister company Cambridge Punt Builders.

Information from local History of Canterbury.
