Lego Tek Diver Custom

Here my first Lego minifigure modification: A Technical Diver.

The Scooter, the wing with the double tanks and the Jet-Fins are from Shapeways (shpws.me/q8RK)

The Shapeway parts are painted. The miniature is built from complete black parts, the Head is the normal Lego head.

Now I need to find the best way to add a Decal to an empty body of figures to add a diving Suite, also interesting would be to find blue Hands.
