15th birthday
I love this card by the wonderful Yana Smakula www.yanasmakula.com/?p=59899 -- and I knew I could reproduce it with supplies I already own. I pulled out PTI's Damask Designs, an early and classic design. I stamped it in Versamark and heat-embossed it with Simon Says Stamp ultra-fine gold embossing powder. I die-cut a birthday cake from Concord & 9th Eat Cake & Celebrate onto watercolor paper, and colored it with my Zig Real Brush pens and some water. I layered it on an oval from PTI's Oval Limitless Layers dies cut from Lilac Grace cardstock, which was also stamped in Lilac Grace ink. The sentiment is Keep It Simple: Birthday III set, embossed onto a double-ended banner die. It's all layered onto Lilac Grace cardstock. I hadn't pulled this damask set out in a very long time, and now I can use this card in my Use It or Lose It personal challenge.
