Completely Hooked Up Water Supply Main

3/4" CPVC. Used a 3/4" Shark Bite to connect the supply from the meter to the house. Tried using bread to stop the dripping water numerous times but it never worked. Neither did Oatey Plumbers Bread. The stop cock just had buildup on the ball so it wouldnt completely stop the water flow from the meter. Just a drip though
