Fairfax County Police Department Unit #1, a 1941 Plymouth 2 Door Sedan, sits outside the Fairfax County Police Association building in Fairfax, Virginia. This unit is a replica of actual Plymouth patrol cars that were in service when the Police Department was founded in 1940. The equipment however, is all original from old Fairfax County patrol cars.
