Should I get and review this set? (Please Read)

So I am currently in the middle of editing my review of The Phantom. But I remember this set was also part of the Star Wars Rebels show. I feel like getting this but at the same time not sure to do so due to the fact that some people had mixed thoughts about this. So, should I buy and review this?
