The artist was working outdoors on this project, and allowed the canvas to be shaped by the weather and soil. Pieces of wood, metal, and parts of the building have been used as well, that created direct link to the place and history. His work, shows in an artistic way what Peenemünde was, and what happened here during the Nazi era.
