Pho

Pho Ga (English: Chicken Noodle Soup) from the market in Sapa, Lào Cai province of Vietnam. Pho is a famous Vietnamese street food that is served in restaurant chains around the world.

 

I am a non-beef eater due to my religion. According to my friends, the beef version (Vietnamese: Pho Bo) is as good as the famous Beef Noodles (Chinese: 牛肉麺) from Taiwan.

 

No trip to Vietnam is complete without tasting Pho.
