Elastomers for Manitou three mountain bike forks from 1993/4

 

elastomers -

25.4mm x 18mm with hole @ 4mm x 12 (6 per side)

 

rebound and top out are -

25.4mm x 22mm with hole @ 11.5mm x 4 (2 per side)

 

note -

 

if you want to add 1/2" to the travel you need to make 2 x 12.7mm top out buffers and add a 12.7mm elastomer to the suspension stack.

 

i'm 100 - 105 kg and ride cross country in wales (where i live) and 60A is about right with the preloads screwed up to 1 - 1/2 turns off max, with the preload adjusters off the suspension is very supple but bottoms out a little too easily with my weight, nothing dramatic and easily cured by the preload adjusters.
