Signs...

We visited friends in the Drôme Department this weekend and I captured this in their garden. I asked my friend what it is and she said "un Prunus" which - following a quick conflab with Mademoiselle Google - seems to cover a wide range of various fruit trees. It still needs a couple of weeks to start blooming properly but this macro shows the hint of the beauty of the blossom to come
