Immigrate Stop

This old passenger station was the arrival point for Swedish immigrates who came here from Europe in the late 19th & early 20th centuries. In the future this line will see passenger service once again via Amtrak's Black Hawk in late 2015. The last time passenger trains ran here was in April, 1950 with C&NW Chicago-Freeport service.
