Morgen- en avondrood ontstaan doordat de stralen van de laagstaande zon een veel langere weg door de atmosfeer moeten afleggen. . Als de zon laag staat komt alleen de sterkste kleur, rood dus, erdoorheen. De rest van het licht wordt verstrooid door stofdeeltjes..

 

Dusky red arise because the rays of the Sun are low a nd need a much longer path through the atmosphere. . When the Sun is low only the strongest color, red gets through. The rest of the light is scattered by dust particles.

 

Done
