Batman Villain Figbarf #15: Supreme Court of Gotham
The Supreme Court, branding their own sense of justice throughout Gotham, doing whatever it takes to get rid of the criminal element. Huge thanks to Duncan for the name idea.
Alias: Executioner
Real Name: Nathaniel Barnes
Gender: Male
Alignment: Villain
Backstory: Nathaniel Barnes, former Captain of the GCPD, had issues of brutality against suspects, which led to him eventually being fired. After being infected with a virus, which heightened his rage/anger, Nathaniel's physical attributes were also enhanced. Durability, strength, among other things. Still wanting to cleanse Gotham, Nathaniel became the Executioner. He would find like minded individuals along the way (White Knight, Judge, Lock-Up, Rumor), with them all eventually teaming up, becoming the Supreme Court. Even though their intentions were somewhat pure, they came into conflict with the Batman on various occasions, as they were going about it the wrong way.
Alias: Judge
Real Name: N/A
Gender: N/A
Alignment: Anti-Hero/Villain
Backstory: Yet another vigilante, that runs amok in Gotham City. Judge's signature weapon is the gavel it carries, using it to bash the skulls of criminals that need to be judged for their crimes. Judge has foiled many of Two-Face's operations, along with many of the other notable criminals of Gotham City. Unlike most other vigilante's, Judge was for a time, publicly condoned by councilman J. Carroll Corcoran, for the actions Judge is willing to take, to rid Gotham of its criminal plague. During one encounter against Killer Croc, Judge almost has him beat, about to take the "monster's" life, when suddenly, the Batman shows up. He's able to save Killer Croc, and take down Judge. Much to the councilman's chagrin, Judge would soon be transported to Arkham. However, during being transported to Arkham, the vehicle would suddenly lose control, crashing, and killing the driver in the process. Soon after, the door's would be opened, and would be welcomed by White Knight, as the Supreme Court of Gotham would be formed, dispensing their own sense of justice against the criminals of Gotham City.
Alias: Rumor
Real Name: N/A
Gender: N/A
Backstory: Rumor, like the name implies, is just a rumor. A myth. Much like the Batman, Rumor is talked about through hushed whispers, no one dare saying the name outloud. Of the ones who claimed to have seen Rumor, none of them lived to tell the tale.
Alias: White Knight
Real Name: N/A
Backstory: Starting a few years after the first appearance of the Batman, this White Knight has its own twisted sense of justice. Dressing itself as a knight, it went around, killing seemingly unconnected victims at first. Though it was figured out rather quickly it kills only those associated with the various criminals that terrorize Gotham City. The motive remains unknown, and White Knight has yet to be caught. Victims include Holly Robinson, Enigma, One of many Alice's Mad Hatter's collected, Ignatius Ogilvy, Penguin's "New Rogues", Ferak, Hazel, Rose and Thorn (The three Sporelings of Ivy), Becky Albright, Mistress of Fear, and finally Jessica and Gilda Dent, although there could be others that have yet to be found by the GCPD.
