Powers: Decay Touch, Radiation, Radiation Form, Doesn't need to breathe, Immune to poison and disease, Resistant to radiation
Gear: A containment suit to contain his radiation to reasonable levels.
Other: Meltdown is the brother of Bombshell. While she can only emit radiation, Meltdown can absorb and emit radiation, amongst other things. He doesn't really want to hurt others, but due to his condition, has to absorb certain levels of radiation to survive. Which leads him to target a power plant. This leads to him encountering the various heroes of somerset academy. Upon being caught, Meltdown would be given a containment suit as a way to help contain the radiation.
