Powers: He has a special ability that allows him to manifest a wispy, bluish white colored, gel-like hand. He can use said hand to take hold of various objects, regardless of whether it has a solid form or not. He can generate such an ability from the palm of his hand, very matching of its physical form.

Backstory: Theo was a boy with many gifts. Whether that was playing piano, making friends easily, sports, or many other things. He was good at it all. But what Theo was most interested in, was drawing. He would spend many hours of his days just drawing. His mother had a hard time seeing the job prospects in being an artist, and sort of pushed Theo to do other things. After constantly injuring his dominant right hand, he would have to start using his left. He wasn't able to regain the same sense of functioning in his right, and as such, had to give up his artistic dreams. He would still draw, and paint, but the finished products just weren't the same as his other works, now having to use his weaker hand. Theo was quick to bounce back from this, especially after learning about his dormant abilities. Which he would use to help himself draw. A year or so later, he would meet Devyn McAllister. They started dating shortly after, with both being able to understand the other on a deeper level. Devyn would tell Theo of her magnetism powers, which led to Theo telling her of his own abilities. They would become a crime fighting duo, as Armstrong, and Polarity. After high school, Theo would change his hero name to Free-Hand, seeing it more representative of who he is. Devyn still called him Armstrong from time to time, as it was her nickname for him. The pair of them would open up a PI office, Armstrong Investigations, after getting married. Unfortunately, the happiness wouldn't last forever, as Theo would be found, dead in an alleyway in the Drag district. The first, of many specials to be killed. Someone was targeting specials, and it's only a matter of time before Devyn finds out who killed her husband.
