Alias: Aquaman

Real Name: Orin

Gender:Male

Race: Atlantean

Backstory: Growing up in Atlantis, he never really knew about the outside world. He was Prince of Atlantis. He would hear stories about these surface dwellers, that reside above the water on land. He thought it was preposterous, but was intrigued by the concept nonetheless. A day came that he would never forget. It was upon graduating the Atlantis equivalent of high school, where he would meet Mera of Xebel. Instantly drawn to her, he would try to impress her with his abilities. Of course, with all Atlanteans having the same abilities, it didn't really leave an impression. But Orin would keep trying, until eventually, Mera would agree to go out with him. This would lead to the discovery of the world outside of Atlantis. They began exploring the world. Serving the interests of only Atlantis, they would just watch as others suffered, as they kept exploring. Mera later felt guilty of what happened, and would convince Orin to become heroes of sorts. Their love for the surface world would grow the more time they spent in it. Representing Atlantis, he would then join the Justice League.

 

Alias: Wonder Woman

Name: Artemis of Bana Mighdall

Gender: Female

Race: Amazon

Backstory: An Amazon, who was born into the Bana Mighdall, a group of Amazons that disagreed with the current leadership of Themyscira. Even though she was an "outsider" she was allowed to participate in the Contest of the Amazons. As luck would have it, she would end up winning, killing the daughter of Hippolyta, Diana, in the final round. This caused an uproar in Themyscira, which led to Artemis leaving for good. The Bana Mighdall relocated to Egypt, and started worshipping the Egyptian deities instead of the Greek Pantheon like they had previously. Even though she now had the title of Wonder Woman, that didn't stop the Greek Pantheon from sending various demigods after her, including Devastation. It's a surprise that she's even in the Justice League, given her brutality in combat.

 

Alias: Green Lantern

Real Name: Jim Corrigan

Gender: Male

Race: Human

Backstory: After spending time as Spectre, Jim Corrigan was chosen as the next Green Lantern, as Hal Jordan died in a fight against Darkseid. Not much more is known at this time, as Jim is unwilling to talk about his past.

 

Alias: Starfire

Real Name: Koriand'r

Gender: Female

Race: Tamaranian

Backstory: Born into a family full of love, Koriand'r had a pretty good childhood. She looks up to her sister, Komand'r, due to her strength. Unfortunately, the jealousy Komand'r had of the attention Kori got grew with each passing day. One fateful day, Kori would witness the death of her parents, through the small slits in the closet door. Even worse, it was her sister that did it. Kori would later flee to Earth, upon being framed for her parents death, with the recording in hand. It was on Earth, that she would meet Jack Knight, learning the English language through kissing him. He would help her get the evidence to the Justice League, who in turn, would resolve this peacefully with the army of oncoming Tamaranians. She would join the first iteration of the Teen Titans, before eventually joining the Justice League many years later. Her connection with Jack Knight deepened, and soon, they would get married. A couple years later, they would welcome their daughter, Mar'i, into the world. Koriand'r would become the new leader of the Justice League, with some of the founding members leaving.

 

Alias: Starman

Real Name: Jack Knight

Gender: Male

Race: Human

Backstory: Son of Ted Knight, the original Starman. For the longest time, Jack was reluctant to pick up his fathers mantle, as Starman. It was only after he died, at the hands of Kyle Nimbus, the second Mist, that he would become the hero he was always meant to be. He would meet Koriand'r just a couple years into his career as Starman. He would help her out in finding the Justice League, before going back to his own thing. But there was this psychological connection there. They would explore this relationship many years later. After the birth of their daughter, Mar'i, Jack grew increasingly worried that Nimbus would come for her, and sure enough, he did. With their combined strength, they were able to thwart his attempts rather easily. Jack would be invited into the Justice League by the new leader, his wife, as there were new openings, that needed to be filled. So now he fights side by side with his wife, Koriand'r, as part of the Justice League.

 

Alias: Superman

Real Name: Lar-Grand

Gender: Male

Race: Daxamite

Backstory: A Daxamite named Lar Gand, who would grow up learning the different varying cultures of Daxam. Though wanting to learn about other planets, he would soon find Krypton. A planet that was destroyed long ago, who were enemies of Daxam. He didn't really like his family, as they were brutal leaders, so he planned his rebellion. He would learn of the House of El, and their S shaped crest, which meant Hope. What better way to piss his parents off than to wear the crest of their enemy? Hearing of this, he was exiled. He would wear his new costume, as he left Daxam in one of their spacecrafts, and went to the closest hospitable planet nearby. This was Earth. Only being a teenager, he was looking for a place to stay. A man named Rex Leech would take him in, once he learned of his abilities. This would lead to "Superman" being created. An alias Lar would use when he fights crime. Lar became cocky, which led to him making mistakes. The Justice League approached him, as they did see his potential, but he needed structure, and discipline. Years later, the Superman would become a symbol of hope. He would eventually marry Roxy Leech, and tell her everything about his alien origins.

 

Alias: Liberty Belle

Real Name: Jesse Quick

Gender: Female

Race: Human

Backstory: Jesse grew up with two speedsters as parents, and as such, they often left her alone to go and save the world. Their divorce a few years later wouldn't help things. She was torn between them, as she loved both her, and didn't want to choose only one. She eventually took her dad's last name, however, when she became a hero, years later, she would use her mother's alias, Liberty Belle. She would encounter many threats over the years, but the most frequent was Meena Dhawan, also known as the Negative Flash. Recently, she's been working out of Philadelphia, while making trips whenever she's needed for Justice League business. The Flash is the one who recommended Jesse for a spot on the Justice League, as his time as a hero was getting close to an end.
