Tally Man, Red Claw, Rumor, Temblor, Blaze. Tally Man is the only one out of this group to actually originate in the comics. The rest came from BTAS (Red Claw), or the Batman (Rumor, Temblor, and Blaze). Red Claw's secret identity as Tabitha Galavan came from the show Gotham

Tally Man

Backstory: A hitman for hire, who would keep track of his kills in a black book. It was later learned that he was Tony Gordon, son of Commissioner James Gordon of the GCPD. The result of a previous marriage, before Gordon met Barbara Kean. Tony would blame his father, for leaving him before he was even born. He became Tally Man as a way to get attention from his father, that he never had as a child. He even tried to kill Jim's daughter, Barbara at one point. Unfortunately, he was defeated by Batman, and Robin (who was Dick Grayson at the time). Currently, he resides in Arkham Asylum, just waiting for the day he can get his revenge.

Red Claw

Backstory: Tabitha Galavan, along with her brother, Theo, had a rough childhood, living on the streets of Gotham City. She would eventually find her way to the League of Assassin's, where she would receive most of her training in various weapon styles, as well as martial arts. It was during this time that she would lose all connection with her brother, as no contact with your past life was allowed upon joining the league. She would be known as Red Claw, one of the most dangerous assassin's ever trained by the League. Returning to Gotham years later, she would come into conflict against Batman various times, with her losing each time.

Rumor

Backstory: Rumor, like the name implies, is just a rumor. A myth. Much like the Batman, Rumor is talked about through hushed whispers, no one dare saying the name outloud. Of the ones who claimed to have seen Rumor, none of them lived to tell the tale.

Temblor

Backstory: Enchanted by Poison Ivy's beauty, he was one of thousands to serve her, when she first turned the men of the city of Gotham against Batman and Robin. Temblor has two gauntlets, which can produce concussive blasts, also able to cause localized seismic activity when he slams his gauntlets into the ground, creating small earthquakes. He's a minor foe at best, is taken out rather quickly, even with his enhanced durability, thanks to his armor.

Blaze

Backstory: Jane Blazedale was hired by Gothcorp soon after Garfield Lynns was fired. She initially applied to Gothcorp as she admires Garfield and his work on the Firefly suit, and wanted to work with him. Unfortunately she didn't get the chance to at Gothcorp. She tracked him down, and wanted to team up with him. He told her about his master plan to take down Gothcorp as Firefly, and she wanted in. So Garfield created another suit, this time calling it "Blaze" as a reference to both fire, and Jane's last name. Together, they plan on burning Gothcorp to the ground.
