Name:

Allegiance: Villain

Backstory: A thief for hire in Cardinal City. His job ranges from different corporations that want to ruin the competition, to stealing for the gangs of the city. But if you need something stolen, Prism's the man for the job. His abilities include a basic version of light manipulation where he can absorb light, and use it later on. He can't create light, he can only redirect light that he's absorbed.
