Tsunami and Torpedo
Tsunami was one of the first OC's I ever thought of like at least 5-7 years ago (had designed the character on heromachine and had worked out her backstory. Can't remember much of the details now unfortunately) I never could figure out a good way to pull her off in purist form, until now.

Backstory: These two are twins that have the power of water manipulation. They've had it ever since birth. What they didn't know was that their mother was Nivian, which is one of the names of the Lady of the Lake in Arthurian legends. Though it's hard to say if they are one in the same, as there are differences. One of the main differences is that their mother Nivian is a water spirit, that came to Cardinal City trying to escape from her obligations as a water spirit. There she met the man who she would later "marry", and have children with. This is how they came to be, and how they ended up being gifted with such great powers. Growing up, Tsunami wanted to learn the truth about her powers, while Torpedo didn't care. Their mother didn't stick around very long, and their father ended up going to prison for some petty crimes. So for the most part it was just the two of them. To get by, they would live on fake identities. Eventually, he signed up for the military when he turned 19. It helped pay for Tsunami's livelihood. He's the younger of the two, but he still feels the need to protect his sister. Even if she's more powerful than him with controlling water. He came home years later, with a plan. They were going to break their dad out once they had enough money to last the rest of their life. Like their father, they ended up becoming criminals. They've done quite a few jobs, and are in perfect sync. Unlike others, Tsunami has a sort of rule where they don't kill, as she doesn't see the need to. Mostly, these two are just trying to get by in a world that likes to screw them over.
