Rogueverse Cyclone
Too good of parts not to use on a character. Here's my take on the character.
Backstory: Pierre Fresson was a fighter pilot for many years. During his time serving his country, he learned about the Cyclone, a powerful suit, capable of generating winds, from Andre Gerard, his friend at the time. Determined to have more power, Pierre dedicated his time preparing a way to obtain the suit, so he could fulfill any desire he's ever had. Upon getting shot down by an enemy plane, Pierre was essentially left for dead. When he woke up, he found himself in an unrecognizable place. He was in America, more specifically, in the hideout of the supervillain known as The Hood. The scientists working for the Hood would graft new skin cells onto Pierre, so he wouldn't look as scarred. For the arm he lost, he was given a cybernetic replacement. That's not all though, as he was given what he wanted all this time. The Cyclone suit was his. The Hood allows him to do his own thing most of the time, only asking that Cyclone be there should the Hood ever need his help. Blaming everyone for what he's gone through, Pierre became Cyclone, and now just wants to cause as much damage as he can, while also making sure he has enough to get by.
