DC Universe: Superboy/Supergirl - 2.4 - Zero
It took a few days for Kara to recover from her fight with Bloodsport at the DEO. It's surprising that we haven't met anyone with Kryptonite until now. Here I am out on patrol, trying to find some answers. Unfortunately for me, everyone I've encountered has been less than co-operative in giving me any leads on this Kryptonite supplier. May have to switch tactics. Here's hoping things go better this time around.
-----------------
"I lost em." I mutter to myself, running through a nearby alleyway, duffle bag in hand. Nearly tripping over a garbage can, I manage to stop myself from falling over completely, before I keep running. Looking behind me occasionally, there's no one following me anymore. By the time I look back, it's too late, as there he is.. The Superboy, floating just inches from the ground in front of me.
"Did you really think you could outrun me, Derek?"
"How do you even know my who I am?"
"One of your buddies, Scott Bowman, gave you up. Said that you, Derek Fox, might have the answers I need. Was pretty easy tracking you down from there.
"Answer what? Just leave me alone, man!" I raise my pistol, shooting bullet after bullet. Kind of pointless, considering he's bulletproof.
"Sorry, but I can't do that. Not until you tell me whose selling Kryptonite in Leavenworth."
"Kryptonite?! I don't know nothing!" I stutter, backing away from the Teen of Steel. Black Zero wouldn't be very happy with me if I gave up the club, and what goes on behind closed doors.
"Uh oh, double negative. Now let's try this again. Whose selling the Kryptonite?" He remains calm, as his right hand forms a fist.
"I don't know!" I say once more, acting as best I can. Unfortunately, he isn't convinced.
"Wrong answer! Guess I'll have to do this the hard way after all." He grabs me by the collar, and flies us up to a nearby rooftop. Holding me over the ledge, with hints of red in his eyes, he clears his throat.
"Is this really worth almost dying over?" He asks, as his eyes go back to normal.
"I'm dead if I say anything." I squirm, my feet reaching, trying to get back to the ledge of the rooftop, but it's no use, as his titan grip holds me up by the collar.
"Uh oh, looks like you're starting to slip." He says, as one of his fingers lets go.
"Okay, okay! I honestly don't know that much. Only that there's been a few dealings of Kryptonite out of the club Zero. That's all I know, I swear! So please, just let me leave.
"See, was that so hard? Thank you. As for letting you off the hook, not a chance. Stealing from a low-income corner store, not cool man.. Here's hoping a night in prison changes your perspective on things." Just like that, I'm going back to prison.

Zero
I get a call to meet Chris at Zero, as there's apparently been some Kryptonite dealings going on there. It doesn't take me long to fly there. Upon landing on a ledge nearby Flux greets me with a wave.
"Looks like we're all here!" She says enthusiastically, looking back at Chris, before walking inside.
Something hits my back, which sends me spiraling downwards. My cape twists, almost tripping me up mid-air, but I'm able to recover, just a few feet from the ground. Floating above the ledge, was my attacker.
She feels familiar. From the way she holds herself, and how she descends. A costume that is an uncanny copy of mine, down to the way the House of El crest is shaped on it. Like looking into a mirror.
"Who are you?" I ask as my attacker lands in front of me.
"Isn't it obvious? I'm Supergirl." She sneers.
