Rogueverse Misery
Backstory: Melissa Carsdale, star of the sitcom "Everybody's Happy", had all she could ever dream of. She loved the attention, much like the upcoming villain known as Mysterio. Things took a turn for the worst when her co-star Leonard Groote left the show, as he was offered a role in "Portrait of a Young Artist" which ultimately led to the shows cancellation, as he was a key part of the show. This led to her essentially being forgotten by Hollywood, and her spotlight was all but faded. Furious, she spent years developing a machine that would make Leonard grieve as much as she's grieved. It was during this time where she would reunite with a former guest star on the show, Sybil Dvorak, who was now calling herself Skein. Melissa began calling herself Misery, as that's what she felt for so long, and the two decided that two is better than one. Now, they pull off many heists so Melissa can earn enough money to finally build this "Grief Machine" as she liked to call it. She uses various gadgets in her heists, including knockout globes, electrical current gloves, and smoke grenades.
