Decided to scrap the other design I had for him. Changed the torso and legs.
Backstory: An immortal being that loses everything and everyone he loves over and over again as the centuries go on. He is able to grant other people powers. Unfortunately he isn't able to grant his own wish, which is to finally die. He feels as though he's suffered enough, and doesn't want to go through it anymore. He's responsible for quite a few individuals in Cardinal City gaining powers, which of course includes Euphorium.
Status: Alive (unfortunately for him) while operating in Cardinal City.
