Jetstream (Update)

Changed the torso and legs for less orange, and more gold to fit the rest of the character.

Real Name: Ian Rathais

Allegiance: Villain

Powers: He is able to concentrate his self generated thermo-kinetic energy and super-heated plasma energy through both ends of his staff. When focused and released beneath him, it would create a thrust to aid him in jet-like propulsion, allowing him to go into the air. He also has jet thrusters on his boots that he can use in short bursts to move forward.

 

Status: Alive and well, committing various crimes with Flyra. Currently not in prison.
