KCS train BLRKC-03 accelerates across the miles long fill that spans the Arkansas River Valley north of Spiro, OK on a beautiful Spring morning. Cavanal mountain (15 miles away dead center) marks the beginning Ouachita mountains in eastern Oklahoma, and the gateway to the famous Rich Mountain along the Kansas City Southern mainline.
