Magnet Tree

This little tree seemed like a magnet for small birds. A few moments before I took this picture it was a roost for a scrub jay, cedar waxwing, a savanna sparrow, a mourning dove. The tree next to it had a black-headed grosbeak. Buzzing in my right ear was a humming bird. In the distance was a Kingfisher, a couple of Great Blue Herons, a Great White Egret. I saw some Mallard ducks fly by, some Canada Geese and some European Starlings. Dancing in the air were the usual tree and barn swallows along with some gold finches.

What a great place for birding.
