SOPMORS-388 "Fallen Angel"

"It's a stolen Agency prototype. How these nut heads got it is beyond us. But, who cares? It's UDSC's property now as far as I'm concerned."

~ musings from a Templar Unit operative.

.388 Agency Auto select-fire automatic handgun.

A prototype handgun originally developed and produced by the International Peace and Security Agency (IPSA) as the 388-Auto, it was stolen and illegally modified by the Morrowind Occult Ritual Sect, a dangerous group that specializes in bizarre and surreal powers. SOPMORS is an acronym for Special Operations Pistol for Morrowind Occult Ritual Servants.

The original design was built for ergonomics and weapon control, as evident with the ambidextrous controls, smoothly curved grip and an experimental electronic mitigation system housed within the slide.

However, the MORS has modified it for improved lethality and ease of use under adverse conditions. These included crucifix shaped electronically illuminated sights which change appearance depending on how much ammo is left in the magazine. This primitive ammunition display system is also provided on the sides of the slide, allowing for quick determination of remaining ammunition.

The internals were also modified to handle a select fire system, which allows for three round bursts and full-auto fire in addition to semi-auto fire. The system was operated with a three-positon switch on the rear of the slide.

Combined with its relatively snag free design, 20 round capacity and high stopping power courtesy of its advanced .388 Agency Auto rounds, the SOPMORS-388 is truly a force to be reckoned with in battle.

The SOPMORS-388 is, unsurprisingly, used in great numbers by the sect members and leaders of the MORS.
