GC Kinetics ASC-100
8mm ASC Long assault sub-carbine.
The precursor to GC's best selling submachine gun. Equipped with several features at a reasonable price, it has found favor with even the most stoic of shooters, both civilian and military.
Built up from a HK UMP, all components, even the magazine, has been extensively modified to accommodate the 8mm ASC Long this weapon fires. The iron sights are even replaced with holographic ones that can be switched off when not needed.
While only available to special forces and some militaries, the blocky barrel attachment placed at the front end of the firearm is an experimental suppressor brake, with the brake half removing half of the gases generated from the high power cartridge, and the suppressor removing the rest, effectively removing all muzzle flash and nearly silencing its report.
An adjustable ergonomic foregrip is also packaged with all ASC-100 evaluation packages, allowing additional stability for all hands.
Lastly, the stock has a retractable stabilizer that attaches to the top-bottom end of the firearm, further increasing stability.
Notably used by the 91st Paratrooper Division, 18th SAR Unit, also known as the White Peregrines.
